THÔNG TIN CÔNG VIỆC: 1. Corporate finance: - Monitor financial accounting activities in the assigned BUs: posting properly & in line with approval budget. - Prepare and interpret the monthly management report to the assigned BUs, including to advise accrual & provision for closing month. - Follow up the intercom transactions among the BUs. - Work closely with CA/ GA to prepare the budget & forecasting for the BUs. - Perform the cross check or/and internal audit to the assigned BUs. - Support on developing the appropriate business process for the BUs. - Support line manager on monitoring the assigned BU P&L. - Support finance executive for other works 2. Be accounting admin in F&B BU - System set up: Financial accounting/ POS… - Input data into the F&A system - Monitor bank acc & payment upload… - Monitor inventory & daily sales - Monitor cash plan/ P&L/ BS - Generate monthly report or any related report per BoD request - Tax filing - Support for admin work/ project & site check. - Can be assigned to the related finance in other BUs - Other works assigned by line manager. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN - Experience in financial accounting (FMCG, audit firm) at least 1-2 years - English communication: intermediate level - SAP/ SQL/ Power BI & query experiences are a plus
